《科创板日报》28日讯，国家信息光电子创新中心本月中旬发布首套全国产化12寸硅光全流程套件。据介绍，该套件能帮助相关上下游企业，实现“设计即测试、测试完成即封装”，大幅缩短研发周期，降低制造成本。目前套件性能已达量产要求，正支撑龙头企业试产高速硅光芯片。 (湖北日报)
