违规收送礼品礼金是典型的违反中央八项规定精神问题，党员干部及其亲属和其他特定关系人不得收受明显超出正常礼尚往来的财物。公权为公，一丝一毫都不能私用。党员干部应当以身作则、率先垂范，不仅要管好自己，更要严格管好“身边人”，严守公私界限，不该收的礼坚决不能收。
