【旭辉出售永升服务8.24%股权 买家LMR基金来自伦敦】财联社9月26日电，旭辉集团今日披露，其按每股1.936港元的价格，拟以10%溢价出售其所持约1.42亿股永升服务股票（约占永升服务8.24%比例），以募集约3540万美元资金，用于补充境外重组生效前各项费用。据悉，本次交易买家为LMR Partners LLP，LMR基金是一家总部位于伦敦的全球投资管理公司，其核心业务主要从事自营交易（Proprietary Trading），即使用公司自有资本进行交易。（财联社记者 王海春）
