9月26日，再升科技（603601）发布公告，控股股东郭茂因自身资金需求，计划自2025年10月28日至2026年1月27日，通过集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持不超过3090万股公司股份，约占公司总股本的3%。
2025年中期，再升科技实现收入6.58亿元，归母净利润6029万元。
