9月24日，第八师石河子市发改委发布《关于将第八师石河子算力中心配套150万千瓦光伏项目、天业北工业园区绿电替代0.95GW光伏项目移出兵团市场化并网新能源项目清单的公示》。
根据公告，上述项目涉及到的业主分别为中国能建分公司及其合资公司、国家电投分公司及其合资公司，规模总计2.45GW。
