蓝天燃气（605368）发布公告，控股股东河南蓝天集团股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）于2025年9月11日至2025年9月26日期间，按照增持计划增持公司股份，累计增持441万股。
增持前，蓝天集团持有3.06亿股，占比42.84%；增持后，持股比例提升至43.46%。此次增持的资金来源为自有资金及股票增持专项贷款。
2025年中期，蓝天燃气实现收入22.54亿元，归母净利润2.05亿元。
