人民财讯9月26日电，中国瑞林(603257)9月26日公告，公司9月26日召开董事会会议，选举吴润华为公司董事长。同时，因年龄原因或工作原因，章晓波、张明、林杨不再担任公司董事会董事及董事会专门委员会委员。公司将于2025年第一次临时股东会上审议新的董事人选。
吴润华通过新余瑞有林投资管理合伙企业间接持有公司股份123万股。
