《南京照相馆》2025年7月25日在中国内地上映，截至9月23日，票房突破30亿。 该片获得第20届中国长春电影节金鹿奖最佳影片、最佳导演、最佳编剧三项大奖，并在美国、加拿大等海外市场展映。
