观点网讯：9月25日，农业银行公告，公司2024年度股东大会已审议通过《中国农业银行股份有限公司不再设立监事会相关事项》及《修订公司章程》两项议案。
根据公告，自修订后的公司章程获监管部门核准之日起，农业银行将不再设立监事会，原监事会职权由董事会审计委员会行使。
邓丽娟、黄涛、汪学军、刘红霞、徐祥临、王锡锌等6人不再担任监事职务。
