9月25日，小米集团董事长雷军在年度演讲中推荐了理想i6，并表示如果大家不选小米YU7，可以考虑Model Y和理想i6。理想汽车CEO李想随后发文对雷军的推荐表示感谢。李想称，小米YU7、特斯拉Model Y、理想i6都是极为优秀的五座纯电SUV，“67Y”一起加电，为用户提供更好的电动车。
