吴说获悉，法国资产管理公司 Melanion Capital 宣布推出欧洲首个私营比特币金库模式（BTOC），计划筹集 5000 万欧元全部配置比特币，用于构建自身金库并为其他私营企业提供参考框架。该公司称相比上市公司模式，私营结构具备更大灵活性，可在波动中管理流动性与结构化配置。Melanion 此前已在 2021 年发行欧洲首只比特币股票 UCITS ETF。
