财联社9月24日电，欧洲软件巨头SAP（思爱普）与OpenAI今日宣布合作，计划推出”德国版OpenAI”，旨在将SAP的企业应用专业能力与OpenAI领先的AI技术相结合，服务于德国公共部门。为了确保数据主权，德国的OpenAI将由SAP的子公司Delos Cloud支持，运行在微软Azure技术上。
