根据市气象台信息，自2025年9月24日14时45分起，我市台风黄色预警信号降级为蓝色，根据《潮州市教育局 潮州市气象局关于建立教育系统应对台风暴雨停课工作实施细则》（潮教字〔2014〕23号）规定，经研究决定，全市中小学、幼儿园、托儿所和培训机构等从9月25日（星期四）起恢复正常上课。
