【TechWeb】9月24日消息，今日，受台风“桦加沙” 影响，广东省内所有高铁及普速列车停运，从25日凌晨起，将根据台风情况逐步恢复运行。此消息引发已购票网友对退票、改签规则的关注。
对此，12306客服表示，乘客收到车次停运短信后退票，不收取手续费，但在车次停运前退票，需正常缴纳手续费。
值得注意的是，12306客服提醒，列车停运之后无法改签，只能退票再重新购票。（周小白）
