9月24日，据 @中国天气 消息，从最新卫星云图看，“桦加沙”眼区开始变得模糊，强度下降，11时其中心附近最大风力降至52米/秒，处于超强台风的下限，下午可能降至强台风级。
同时，珠三角地区开始升压，说明台风在远离，阳江一带降压明显，台风在靠近。今天下午至晚上，台风路径向西的分量会加大，可能出现在广东西部近海贴边前进的情况。预计，“桦加沙”将于24日傍晚到夜间在广东阳江到湛江一带沿海登陆。
