9月23日，八方股份（603489）发布公告，公司于2025年9月22日收到董事文新阁的辞职报告，因公司治理结构调整，文新阁申请辞去公司第三届董事会董事职务。
同时，公司于2025年9月22日召开职工代表大会，选举冯华担任公司第三届董事会职工代表董事，任期与第三届董事会一致。
2025年中期，八方股份实现收入6.43亿元，归母净利润3219万元。
