国新能源（600617）发布公告，董事杨广玉和监事会主席苏贵春因工作调整，分别于2025年9月23日辞去公司董事及监事职务。杨广玉的原定任期到期日为2028年5月6日，而苏贵春的原定任期到期日为2025年5月8日。两人的辞职报告自送达董事会和监事会之日起生效，辞职后均不再担任公司及子公司的任何职务。
2025年中期，国新能源实现收入82.24亿元，归母净利润7483万元。
