金秋九月，铜陵白姜迎来上市旺季。铜陵白姜是国家地理标志保护产品，2023年其种植系统正式被联合国粮农组织认定为全球重要农业文化遗产。近年来，当地在守好传统农业优势的同时探索创新，引导农户发展白姜种植，实现农业增效、农民增收。
