9月22日，七彩化学（300758）发布公告，公司董事会秘书高亭达已取得深圳证券交易所颁发的上市公司董事会秘书任职培训证明，符合相关规定。高亭达自取得培训证明之日起正式履行公司董事会秘书职责。
2025年中期，七彩化学实现收入7.59亿元，归母净利润5247万元。
