9月22日，淘宝出海宣布今年双11将在海外市场投入10亿元的营销补贴，帮助10万商家实现双11海外成交翻倍的目标。
淘宝出海总经理叶剑秋介绍，淘宝境外GMV连续5年保持双位数增长，4月以来境外新用户规模同比200%增长，在16个国家地区排名第一。今年的双11将首次同步在全球20个国家和地区启动。
