绥中（冀辽界）至盘锦段
（俗称“沈山段”）
沈阳方向已进入试运营阶段
绥中到葫芦岛方向路段已实现5车道通车。东戴河到绥中方向部分路段，目前建设单位正在抓紧做好临时设施拆除等收尾工作，确保9月底前交工通车。届时将实现全线双向10车道通车，路面通行效率极大提升。
