据保德信资管消息，9月19日，金融街合作发展理事会资产管理专委会2025年度会议举办。会上，保德信资管公司正式揭牌。作为中国首家由境外金融机构直接发起设立的独资保险资管公司，保德信资管于2024金融街论坛年会期间获批筹建，于2025年9月初获得开业批复。
