9月19日，复旦复华公告称，公司于2025年9月19日收到中国证券监督管理委员会上海监管局下发的《行政处罚事先告知书》，根据《事先告知书》载明的内容，公司股票将被实施其他风险警示。自2025年9月23日起，公司A股股票简称变更为“ST复华”。
