9月19日，新辣道创始人李剑亮相一餐饮行业论坛再次“硬刚罗永浩”，他表示，罗永浩的做法是对消费者长期利益的践踏。 “他在网络上这样的不负责任的表态，对中国的食品产业，对中国的餐饮行业，尤其对广大消费者长期的真正的利益，是严重的伤害和践踏。” 此外，李剑还邀请罗永浩一起在公开场合就 “预制菜对消费者究竟是好是坏” 展开交流。
