人民财讯9月19日电，津投城开(600322)9月19日公告，鉴于公司所处内外部环境发生较大变化，公司决定对原重大资产重组方案进行调整。公司决定将原“重大资产置换、发行股份及支付现金购买资产、募集配套资金”方案调整为“重大资产出售方案”，即置出房地产业务及相关资产、负债，保留物业管理、租赁业务。
