近期，福州一公司涉嫌违反《化妆品监督管理条例》：从上游供货商处购进3款品牌原装香水，根据客户要求的量，使用针筒对上述三个品牌的原装大瓶的香水中抽取0.5ml、1ml、1.5ml、2ml、3ml、5ml、10ml、15ml、20ml等不同数量到小样瓶内，张贴上产品名称标签，用无菌纸（图案为黑白斑点牛和蓝白咖啡牛的包装标签）包装成糖果样，贴上“香水在里面请打开”的封签，最后放进泡沫袋，再放到快递盒后邮寄给顾客。
福州市长乐区市场监督管理局对其罚没共计59.06万元。
