9月19日凌晨开始，岛城市区出现了降雨。当日上班早高峰，路人们在雨中踏上了上班路、上学路，持续的降雨尽管雨势不是特别大，但是给人们的出行还是带来一定影响，气温也有所走低，户外的人们纷纷穿上秋装。
