据日本新潟机场事务所等方面当地时间19日消息，日本航空自卫队一架飞机当天上午在新潟机场着陆时冲出跑道。目前该机场全部跑道已封锁。
据称，飞机上载有5人，目前是否有人员受伤等情况正在确认中。
