雅思阅读 T/F/NG 题是 “丢分重灾区”，很多人凭感觉判，正确率忽高忽低。分享 3 个帮我从 “瞎蒙” 到 “正确率 80%” 的技巧，再说说帮我理清思路的课程。
技巧 1：“True” 看 “信息一致”
题干和原文信息（含同义替换）完全匹配，就是 True。比如题干 “Regular exercise helps reduce stress”，原文 “Physical activity is an effective way to relieve pressure”，“exercise”→“physical activity”，“reduce”→“relieve”，信息一致，判 True。
技巧 2：“False” 看 “信息相反 / 范围错”
要么信息完全反，比如原文 “Most students prefer online courses”，题干 “All students prefer online courses”（most vs all）；要么范围错，比如原文 “study done in 2020”，题干 “study done in 2010”，均判 False。
技巧 3：“Not Given” 看 “信息未提”
原文没提题干内容，就是 Not Given。比如原文 “Many like traveling”，题干 “Many like traveling because it broadens horizons”，原文没说 “开阔视野” 这个原因，判 Not Given。
