据气象部门预报，菲律宾附近的热带低压已于2025年9月17日夜间移入南海北部海面，18日8时，其中心位于北纬19.9度、东经118.6度，即距离广东汕尾东南方向约465公里的海面上，中心附近最大风力有7级（15米/秒）。受此影响，海南、福建等地启动防台风Ⅳ级应急响应。
