新京报贝壳财经讯 9月18日，东方电气发布公告称，公司与独家配售代理订立配售协议，据此，独家配售代理已有条件同意作为公司独家配售代理按尽力基准促使不少于6名承配人购买6800万股H股配售股份，配售价为每股15.92港元。预计配售事项所得款项总额约为10.83亿港元，将用作一般营运资金。
