9月18日，据光源资本消息，江西磐盟半导体科技有限公司宣布完成近亿元A轮融资。本轮融资由银河资本领投，擎领资本跟投，光源资本担任独家财务顾问。此次融资将主要用于进一步提升核心技术工艺、扩大产能规模。
