沙心村位于重庆市铜梁区蒲吕街道东部，面积约7.13平方公里，下辖22个村民小组，共1602户4359人。该村辖区为丘陵地带，渝遂复线和铜安高速在此交汇，以铜合公路为主干道。通过盘活闲置水库资源，发展淡水鱼养殖，有效实现集体经济增收。近年来，沙心村持续推动人居环境整治提升，扎实开展村庄清洁整治攻坚行动，曾获评区级“最美院落”、“最美村居”等荣誉称号。
