9月17日，美国加密货币交易所Bullish宣布，其美国数字资产交易与托管业务实体Bullish US Operations LLC已获得纽约州金融服务局颁发的比特币牌照（BitLicense）及资金传输牌照。该执照由纽约州金融服务局正式定义为“虚拟货币业务活动许可证”，授权Bullish向纽约州机构及高级交易者提供数字资产现货交易与托管服务。
