人民财讯9月17日电，山东矿机(002526)9月17日晚间公告，公司拟以自有资金出资650万元，与山西恒汇液压高科有限公司（简称“山西恒汇”）共同设立控股子公司大同华信恒汇科技有限公司（简称“华信恒汇”）。华信恒汇注册资本金1000万元，公司占65%的股权，山西恒汇出资350万元，占35%的股权。
