财联社9月17日电，中国人民银行信贷市场司负责人杨虹17日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，人民银行积极支持符合条件的金融机构发行金融债券、信贷资产支持证券，拓宽资金来源，提升消费信贷供给能力。推动汽车、消费、信用卡等零售类贷款资产证券化增量扩面，盘活信贷存量，推动融资成本下降。截至7月末，汽车金融公司等发行金融债券215亿元，发行信贷资产支持证券484亿元。
