《科创板日报》17日讯，根据TrendForce最新的内存现货价格趋势报告，DRAM方面，虽然DDR4供应依然吃紧，但价格飙升导致买家难以跟进，导致价格上涨但交易量有限。NAND方面，现货市场价格上涨，询盘回暖，成交量有所回升，尤其QLC产品表现尤为突出。
