9月16日，万科A（000002.SZ）公告称，公司第一大股东深铁集团将再提供不超过20.64亿元的股东借款，用于偿还公司在公开市场发行的债券本金与利息，借款利率目前为2.34%。
算上本次借款，今年以来，深铁集团已累计向万科提供借款259.41亿元。（第一财经记者 郑娜）
