8月30日至31日，上海石化组队参加2025年上海市职业健康竞赛决赛，荣获企业健康管理团体一等奖以及个人一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各1名。
2025年上海市卫生健康系统职业技能竞赛职业健康竞赛以“弘扬工匠精神，建设健康中国”为主题，共设置“职业健康管理（企业）” “职业卫生监测评估（医疗卫生机构）”“职业卫生监测评估（非医疗卫生机构）”“放射卫生监测评估”“职业病危害工程防护与治理”“职业健康检查与职业病诊断”六大项目。
