北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 王悦彤）9月15日，福成股份发布公告称，为有效整合资源，进一步提升资金使用效率，公司全资子公司三河灵山宝塔陵园有限公司（以下简称"宝塔陵园"）拟减少注册资本人民币3.2亿元。减资完成后，宝塔陵园注册资本由人民币5亿元减至人民币1.8亿元，公司仍持有宝塔陵园100%股权。
