9月15日中午，西贝餐饮集团针对近期持续发酵的预制菜问题发布致歉信。致歉信中提到，2025年10月1日之前，西贝全国门店会陆续完成9项调整。
9月15日下午，西贝莜面村济南万象城店店长表示，目前已经接到了调整的通知，新的原材料，例如大黄鱼等正在发往各个仓，很快就能到达门店，接下来菜单也会陆续调整。
