据介绍，诸葛平平，男，汉族，1963年2月生，北京人，法学硕士，中共党员。
诸葛平平历任中国法律年鉴社主编助理、副主编、主编，中国法学会会员部一级巡视员，中国法学会机关党委（人事部）主任等职。
