9月14日，晨丰科技（603685）发布公告，公司董事陆伟因内部工作调整申请辞去董事职务，并于2025年9月12日被选举为职工代表董事。任期自选举通过之日起至第四届董事会届满。
2025年中期，晨丰科技实现收入5.80亿元，归母净利润1387万元。
