当地时间9月12日，德甲圣保利官方消息，俱乐部与日本U20国脚尼克-施密特签下职业合同。
12日，正值尼克-施密特18岁生日当日，圣保利官方与其签下一份职业合同。
本赛季，18岁的尼克-施密特升入了圣保利一线队，目前还没有代表一线队出场。
据悉尼克-施密特是德日混血，出生于德国荷尔斯泰因，他曾代表日本U20参加U20亚洲杯，球员出自圣保利的青训。
