胡纯堂 男，1949年6月生，汉族，全州县龙水镇竹山村人，中共党员，大学文化。1968年2月参加中国人民解放军，历任战士、班长、排长,团、师、军政治部（处）干事、院校教员、教导员、教研室主任，中校军衔，1979年初参加对越自卫反击战。1989年9月转业地方工作，历任桂林地委组织部组织员、科长、地委办公室副主任、地委副秘书长，1998年地市合并后任桂林市委副秘书长、市委督察办公室主任等职。是中共桂林市第一、二、三届党代会代表。
