9月13日，商务部市场运行和消费促进司一级巡视员耿洪洲在2025中国汽车产业发展（泰达）国际论坛上表示，深入实施汽车“以旧换新”政策，有效促进了汽车消费增长、产业升级和资源管理。截至9月10日，今年以来的汽车“以旧换新”申请量已经达到830万份。
