重庆市气象台发布暴雨黄色预警，预计9月12日22:00~13日4:00：丰都、武隆、彭水、石柱、黔江、酉阳等6个区县将出现50~90毫米降水，万盛、南川、涪陵、忠县、万州、云阳、奉节、巫山等8个区县将出现25~50毫米降水。
