人民财讯9月12日电，中国动力(600482)9月12日晚间公告，公司于2025年9月12日召开董事会会议，审议通过了终止发行可转换公司债券及支付现金购买资产并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项并撤回申请文件的议案。公司和独立财务顾问中信建投证券股份有限公司已向上海证券交易所提交撤回申请文件的申请。上交所已决定终止对该公司相关审核。
