9月12日，日照港（600017）发布公告，梁玮因工作调整申请辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
公司于2025年9月12日召开董事会会议，董事会同意聘任高海伟、张念磊、张军、王衍棣为公司副总经理，聘期至本届董事会任期届满止。
2025年中期，日照港实现收入36.68亿元，归母净利润3.58亿元。
