9月12日，苹果公司官网信息显示，iPhone Air发售信息将于后续更新，所有机型将在获得批准后发售。公司对此回应称，迫不及待希望用户能够体验iPhone Air。正与监管机构紧密合作，力争尽快在中国推出。
“iPhone 17、iPhone 17 Pro和iPhone 17 Pro Max将于今日晚8点（北京时间）起开启预购，我们也将在获批后第一时间启动iPhone Air的发售。”苹果公司表示。
